Education — Effective Management of Behaviour in Young People & Mental Health Awareness
Creating an environment in which every person can learn is the goal of everyone teaching and working with young people. Managing behaviour is key to success. This workshop takes a practical look at different types of disruptive behaviour.
Looking at the causes of low level behaviour problems, helps to develop a set of tools to manage these and key indicators for detecting and responding appropriately to the main mental health issues occurring in young people.
Each delegate will be supported to develop personal strategies to deal with their own groups. Suggestions will be given for using REFLECT for those in FE to register their CPD with the IFL.
This workshop will be delivered by Jo Hiscox and Dr Sara Melly.
You probably don't want to be facebook friends. Or have us try and sell you stuff on twitter. But if there's someone you know who you think might be interested in a course, we'd love if you used one of the buttons above to let them know about us.
