Terms & Conditions.
Reservations: We accept reservations to allow delegates to confirm arrangements with their employer etc. Reservations expire after two weeks.
Bookings: We prefer payment at the time of booking, either by cheque with a booking form or online via our website using a credit or debit card and a receipt will be issued in either case. However we can raise an invoice if this is necessary; please complete our invoice form to ensure we have the necessary information.
Substitutions: We accept substitutions of delegate, where someone who has booked a course is no longer able to attend, but wishes to give their place to a colleague within the same organisation. We will accept such substitutions even on the day of the workshop itself. There is no charge for changes up to 14 days prior to a workshop. Changes within 14 days of a workshop incur an administration charge of £10. With substitutions we cannot guarantee to meet dietary or other specialist requirements.
Cancellations more than 14 days prior to the booked event: We will refund your fee less an administration charge of £30. Alternatively this fee will be waived if the booking is moved to an alternative event.
Cancellations within 14 days of the booked event: We regret that cancellations 14 days or less before the booked event cannot be refunded. At our discretion we may be able to offer a voucher redeemable against a future workshop.
Cancellations where payment is outstanding: Please note that where an invoice was requested or where a reservation was confirmed as a booking with payment to follow the payment is still due subject to the above rules. So cancellations under such circumstances made 14 days prior to the workshop require payment of £30 and cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop require payment in full.
Financial information: If we take financial information such as credit or debit card details we will only hold this information long enough to process your payment. We will not store such information.
